Amber Enterprises Acquires Majority Stake in Power-One Micro Systems

Amber Enterprises India Ltd, through its material subsidiary IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement with Power-One Micro Systems Private Limited and other parties to acquire a majority stake in Power-One. Power-One is a prominent player in the power electronics and renewable energy industry, offering comprehensive solutions of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), solar inverters, solar power plants, UPS solutions, EV chargers and other products. The acquisition will enable Amber group to foray into the rapidly growing segment of energy solutions and augment the Industrial segment of Electronics Division of the Company.
