Amber Enterprises: Ascent Circuits MD Resigns Post Stake Acquisition

Amber Enterprises India Limited announced that Mr. Manjunath Punyamurthy has resigned from his position as Managing Director of Ascent Circuits Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary, effective from the close of business on June 18, 2026. This resignation is a direct consequence of the Share Purchase Agreement dated June 18, 2026, under which IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Amber, concluded the acquisition of an additional 37.50% equity stake in Ascent Circuits from Mr. Punyamurthy and his relatives on June 19, 2026. The change is purely contractual and not due to any other reasons.
