Amber Enterprises Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, Director Re-appointments

Amber Enterprises India Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 13, 2026, approving the unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY27 (April-June). The board also approved the re-appointment of Ms. Sabina Moti Bhavnani and Mr. Prakash Iyer as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second five-year term, effective September 19, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
