Amber Enterprises India Ltd to Acquire Majority Stake in Shogini Technoarts Private Limited for PCB Manufacturing Expansion

Amber Enterprises India Ltd, through its material subsidiary IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, has entered into definitive transaction agreements to acquire a majority stake in Shogini Technoarts Private Limited. Shogini, established in 1982, is engaged in manufacturing various types of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and serves a broad spectrum of applications. The acquisition will enable Amber Enterprises to strengthen its in-house PCB production expertise, reduce reliance on external suppliers, and expand its product offerings with advanced PCB types. Shogini will become a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Limited upon completion of the acquisition.
