Amber Enterprises: NCLT Order Received for Amalgamation Scheme

Amber Enterprises India Ltd has received an order dated July 3, 2026, from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench, concerning the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, AmberPR Technoplast India Private Limited, with Amber Enterprises India Limited. The NCLT has admitted the Second Motion Petition and directed the issuance of notices to statutory and regulatory authorities, inviting representations within 30 days. The tribunal also ordered publication of notices in Business Standard (English) and Jansatta (Hindi), and has listed the matter for further consideration on September 2, 2026.
