Amber Enterprises Reports Q2 & H1 FY26 Financials: Revenue Growth of 5,096 Cr, Operating EBITDA of 361 Cr, and Loss After Tax of 32 Cr in Q2FY26

Amber Enterprises India Ltd. has declared its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. The Consolidated Financial Highlights for H1FY26 show a revenue of 5,096 Cr, growth of 19%, and an operating EBITDA of 361 Cr, growth of 13%. However, the Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q2FY26 is a loss of 32 Cr, against a profit of 21 Cr in the same quarter of the previous year, marking a decline of 23%. The decline in PAT is attributed to higher financing cost due to Power-One stake purchase, elevated inventory levels, and share of loss of JVs. The Consumer Durables division recorded a revenue growth of 15% in H1FY26 and a decline of 18% in Q2FY26, while the Electronics Division continues its growth journey with a revenue growth of 60% in H1FY26 and 30% in Q2FY26. The Railway Sub-systems & Defense division recorded a revenue growth of 17% in H1FY26 and 7% in Q2FY26.
