
Amber Enterprises Secures ₹ 1,200 Crore from ChrysCapital and InCred Growth Partners Fund
ILJIN Electronics (India) Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Ltd, has secured ₹ 1,200 Crore from ChrysCapital and InCred Growth Partners Fund. This investment will drive organic and inorganic growth in electronics manufacturing, enable ILJIN to increase its scale of operations, enhance manufacturing capabilities, and explore strategic and targeted acquisitions. ILJIN specializes in manufacturing bare printed circuit boards (PCB) and PCB assembly for various industries. The company reported revenues of ₹ 2,194 crores in FY25 with ₹ 151 crores operating EBITDA. Amber Group recently made applications under the Electronic Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) for multilayer PCBs and HDI/flex PCBs. The Group has also announced acquisitions in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV chargers, UPS and Solar inverter market, and a controlling stake in Unitronics plc, a global player in Industrial Automation and Control Systems.
