
Amber Enterprises to Invest Rs. 500 Crore in State-of-the-art R&D Centre
Amber Enterprises India Ltd, in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, has announced its plan to invest Rs. 500 Crore in expanding its state-of-the-art Research & Development (R&D) Centre dedicated to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products. This expansion will be carried out in the state of Punjab, taking advantage of the conducive policies and incentives offered by the state to promote technological development. The new R&D facility will strengthen the company's commitment to meeting evolving product requirements, advancing energy efficient technologies, and enhancing its product pipeline, including Commercial AC solutions and VRV systems. The investment will be made over the Punjab state’s incentive policy period, enabling accelerated innovation, improved design capabilities, and the development of sustainable energy-efficient solutions for both domestic and global markets.
