According to a disclosure made by Ambuja Cements under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire My Home Industries Private Limited's 1.5 MTPA Cement Grinding Unit in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, for Rs.413.75 crore.
