Amco India Ltd Board Meeting on July 22 to Approve Unaudited Financial Results

Amco India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 22, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also closed its trading window for designated employees and directors from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared. This closure is to prevent insider trading during the sensitive period leading up to the results announcement.
