Ameenji Rubber Licenses Technology from Macroad Co. for India

Ameenji Rubber Limited has entered into a Technology License Agreement with Macroad Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea, effective July 16, 2026. The agreement grants Ameenji Rubber an exclusive license for the manufacture, marketing, and sale of specified licensed products in India. The deal involves an initial technology license fee of USD 300,000, payable in phases, and a running royalty of 2.5% of Net Sales Amount. The agreement is for a period of five years, extendable as per terms, and is expected to enhance Ameenji's technology base and manufacturing capabilities.
