Ameenji Rubber Ltd Appoints New CFO, Cost Auditors

Ameenji Rubber Limited announced key management and audit appointments following a Board Meeting held on August 29, 2026. Mr. Kaushik Mehta has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The company also re-appointed M/s Lavanya and Associates LLP as its Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The Board also approved the Board's Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report for FY26, and the notice for the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. Limits granted to the Board of Directors under various sections of the Companies Act, 2013 were also increased.
