Snehjeev Ventures Acquires 11.04% Stake in Amerise Biosciences

Snehjeev Ventures Pvt Ltd, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has disclosed the acquisition of 7,292,684 equity shares in Amerise Biosciences Ltd. This acquisition represents a holding of 11.04% of the total capital of the target company as of August 14, 2026. The shares were acquired through the open market. Prior to this acquisition, the acquirer and PACs held 10.92% of the company's shares. The disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
