Amforge Industries Authorizes MD Jayesh Thakkar for Disclosures

Amforge Industries' Board of Directors has authorized Mr. Jayesh Vinodchandra Thakkar, the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel, to determine the materiality of events or information. This authorization is in accordance with Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
