Amic Forging to Acquire Land, Factory, Plant and Machinery from Bengal Hammer Industries for Rs. 27 Crore

Amic Forging Limited has agreed to purchase movable and immovable properties from Bengal Hammer Industries Pvt Ltd. The properties, located in Howrah District, include land, factory, plant and machinery for a total consideration of Rs. 27 Crore. The acquisition is in line with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The deal is expected to be completed within 120 days from the date of agreement execution.
