Amic Forging to Commence Renovation of Acquired Factory Unit for Commercial Production by Dec 2025

Amic Forging Ltd has announced that the renovation work at the factory unit acquired from Bengal Hammer Industries Pvt. Ltd. is scheduled to commence shortly. The unit, spanning approximately 129.600 sq. ft., is expected to become operational for commercial production by 15th December, 2025. This acquisition is strategic as the unit is one of the largest rolling mills in Eastern India with a minimum production capacity of 150 tons per day. This will enable optimal utilization of the ongoing capital expenditure in their casting cum ingot unit. The unit also has the highest number of approved sections used in the manufacturing of railway components such as fish plates, thereby facilitating entry into a new product line in a structured and professional manner.
