Amit International Appoints Ravi Rakesh Gupta as CFO

Amit International Ltd has appointed Mr. Ravi Rakesh Gupta as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective from May 28, 2026. Mr. Gupta's appointment complies with SEBI regulations, as disclosed under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Gupta has experience in finance, accounts, business management, and corporate administration and is not related to any director of the company. He is also not debarred from holding the office of Director by any order passed by SEBI or any other authority.
