Amit Securities Ltd has announced the record date for determining entitlement to e-voting for its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026. Members will be able to cast their votes electronically, including through remote e-voting, facilitated by CDSL. The cut-off date for e-voting entitlement is Wednesday, September 16th, 2026. Voting will commence on Sunday, September 20th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. IST and conclude on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST.
