AMJ Land Holdings: RTA Corporate Office Shifting

AMJ Land Holdings Ltd has announced that its Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies Limited, will be shifting its Corporate Office. The new address will be effective from December 1, 2026. All correspondence and documents for the RTA should be directed to the new address from that date. The Registered Office of the RTA remains unchanged. This is a procedural update for stakeholders regarding the RTA's operational address.
