Amkay Products Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Amkay Products Ltd, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
