Amrapali Capital to hold 327th AGM on Sep 29, 2026

Amrapali Capital and Finance Services Ltd has announced its 327th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 02:30 pm in Ahmedabad. The meeting will include the adoption of financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Alkesh Dashrathlal Patel as a Director and as Chairman & Managing Director for a three-year term. Ms. Bhumiben Atitbhai Patel is also proposed for re-appointment as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. Remote e-voting will be available from September 26 to September 28, 2026.
