Amrapali Fincap Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons Until 48 Hours After Declaration of FY2025-26 Financial Results

Pursuant to SEBI regulations and the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives in Amrapali Fincap Ltd shares will be closed from Wednesday, 01 April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the half year and year ending 31 March 2026. This closure is to prevent insider trading during the period when financial results are being prepared and audited. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be intimated in due course.
