Amrapali Fincap Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for a Scheme of Arrangement. The company has also informed its 'designated and connected persons' about the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the company's equity shares from February 10, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
