The Board of Directors of Amrapali Fincap Ltd. has scheduled a meeting on 13 February 2026 to consider and approve a Scheme of Arrangement/Amalgamation/Merger/Reconstruction. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares has been closed from 10 February 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of the outcome of the Board Meeting. Designated and connected persons have been notified about the closure of the Trading Window.
