Amraworld Agrico Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
