Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has commissioned its new Greenfield sanitary napkin manufacturing facility in Telangana, marking a significant milestone with a ₹150 crore investment. The state-of-the-art plant, spread across 10 acres, features automated production lines and a planned annual capacity of 700 million sanitary napkins under the Comfy brand. Strategically located near Hyderabad, the facility aims to leverage the region's industrial ecosystem and market access. It is expected to create 350 direct and indirect employment opportunities and incorporates sustainable practices like rainwater harvesting and waste recycling. This expansion aligns with the 'Make in India' initiative and strengthens Amrutanjan's position in the feminine hygiene market.
