Amrutanjan Health Care: FY26 Final Dividend ₹2.90/Share

Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd's board approved audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, recommending a final dividend of ₹2.90 per share. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Ramaswami Krishnan as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for five years and re-appointed Mr. Muralidharan Swayambunathan as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years. Additionally, the board approved the rollout of the revised Second Phase “ESOP 2” and appointed M/s. PKF Sridhar & Santhanam as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-2027.
