Amwill Health Care Invests ₹3 Cr in Nippon India AIF

Amwill Health Care Ltd has committed ₹3,00,00,000 (Rupees Three Crore only) to Nippon India Credit Opportunities AIF Scheme II, a SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Fund. This investment, approved by the Investment Committee on August 08, 2026, is funded through internal accruals and will be drawn down in tranches. The AIF, its sponsor, and manager are not related parties to Amwill Health Care. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
