Amwill Health Care Sets Aug 8 Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend

Amwill Health Care Ltd has announced that the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year 2026 has been set as August 08, 2026. The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 17, 2026, also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Tarun Gandhi and Mr. Anand Gandhi as Managing Directors for five years starting January 27, 2027. Additionally, the Board approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, convened the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for August 14, 2026, and set August 08, 2026, as the cut-off date for ascertaining voting rights at the AGM. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing, with remote e-voting available from August 11 to August 13, 2026.
