Anand Projects Ltd Holds 91st AGM, Approves Financials & Director Re-appointments

Anand Projects Limited held its 91st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 26th, 2026. The meeting, chaired by Whole Time Director & CFO Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, saw the unanimous approval of standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31st, 2026, along with the Board's and Auditor's reports. Key resolutions passed included the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma as a Director retiring by rotation and as Whole-time Director (KMP), and the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Sharma as an Independent Director for a second term.
