Anand Rayons Approves 8th AGM Notice, Sets E-voting Dates

Anand Rayons Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the notice for the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote electronically through the NSDL e-voting platform. The e-voting period will commence on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and conclude on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. A cut-off date of Wednesday, September 16, 2026, has been set for eligibility for e-voting. The AGM agenda includes the adoption of financial statements, re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and special business concerning the re-appointment of an Independent Director and the Managing Director.
