Anand Rayons forfeits 19.38 Lakh Warrants, ₹3.77 Cr forfeited

Anand Rayons Limited has approved the forfeiture of 19,38,334 equity share warrants that were issued on a preferential basis. These warrants, originally allotted on February 19, 2025, with a tenure of 18 months, remained unexercised within the prescribed period. The company will forfeit the upfront consideration paid, amounting to 25% of the warrant issue price, totaling ₹3,77,97,513. Consequently, all outstanding warrants have lapsed and are cancelled. This action does not impact the company's issued, subscribed, or paid-up equity share capital.
