Anand Rayons Ltd Approves AGM 2026 Book Closure, Reappoints Directors

Anand Rayons Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 31, 2026, approved the book closure for the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 24, 2026. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 17 to September 24, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Merchant and Mr. Pankesh Patel as Independent Directors for a second five-year term, Mr. Anand Bakshi as Managing Director for two years, and Mrs. Shilpa Anand Bakshi as Whole-time Director for two years. Additionally, the company will increase its authorized capital by ₹10 crores and appoint a scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
