Anand Rayons Ltd: Board Approves AGM, Reappoints Directors, Boosts Capital

Anand Rayons Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 31, 2026, approved several key matters. The 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 24, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will be closed from September 17 to September 24, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Merchant and Mr. Pankesh Patel as Independent Directors for a second five-year term, and Mr. Anand Bakshi as Managing Director and Mrs. Shilpa Anand Bakshi as Wholetime Director for two-year terms. Additionally, the company's authorized capital will be increased by ₹10 crores. Mr. Jitendrakumar Rewashankar Rawal was appointed as Scrutinizer for the AGM.
