Anant Raj Ltd Approves Final Dividend of Re. 1 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Anant Raj Ltd approved a final dividend of 50% i.e. Re. 1 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of declaration. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed Sh. Anish Sarin as Additional Director designated as Whole-time Director.
