Anantam Highways Trust's Board of Directors, via its Investment Manager Alpha Alternatives Fund-Infra Advisors Private Limited, has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. A distribution of ₹2.75 per unit has been declared, comprising interest, dividend, and capital repayment. The record date for this distribution is October 27, 2026, with payment by November 3, 2026. The Trust also deferred its proposed preferential issue and acquisition of ROFO assets to better align with market-based pricing and unitholder interests. The Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit as of September 30, 2026, was ₹112.20.
