Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares by designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the audited financial results for the year ending 31st March 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2026 will be communicated separately.
