Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd Reports Loss for Quarter Ended 31.12.2025 Due to Low Product Prices and High Raw Material Costs

Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd has reported a loss for the quarter ended 31.12.2025 due to low realisation of product prices and increase in raw material prices. The plant was shut down from 29.10.2025 for maintenance works and the shutdown was continued until 03.02.2026. The company has filed a writ petition against the cancellation of the land lease tender by Visakhapatnam Port Authority. The loss is not expected to impact the financials as per the new labour code issued by the Government of India. The company is engaged in the manufacture of a single line of product and segmental reporting is not applicable.
