Andhra Petrochemicals Reconstitutes Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC). Sri M Gopalakrishna, I.A.S., (Retd) has been appointed as the new Chairman of the NRC, succeeding Sri G S V Prasad who resigned on September 24, 2026. Additionally, Sri P Venkateswara Rao has been inducted as a Member of the committee. The board meeting where these changes were approved commenced at 10:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:30 p.m. on November 4, 2026. The filing also included un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from the statutory auditors.
