Andhra Sugars Ltd. Announces Dividend of Rs.1/- per share and Book Closure Dates

Andhra Sugars Ltd. has announced a dividend of Rs.1/- (50%) per share on Equity Shares for the year ending 31st March, 2024. The dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on 21st September, 2024. The Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from 14th September, 2024 to 21st September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend. The dividend warrants will be posted to the eligible shareholders from 26th September, 2024 onwards.
