The company will send the AGM notice and the Annual Report 2025-26 electronically to members. A remote e-voting facility will be available from September 21, 2026, 9 A.M. (IST) to September 23, 2026, 5 P.M. (IST). The cut-off date for eligibility to vote is September 17, 2026.
