Trading Window Closure Announced by ANG Lifesciences India Ltd

ANG Lifesciences India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is effective from 1st January 2026 for the company's insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of these financial results is yet to be announced.
