Trading Window of ANG Lifesciences India Ltd to Close from April 1, 2026

ANG Lifesciences India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will be closed for the insider, designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31 March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of these results will be intimated separately.
