Anjani Finance Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for 31st March 2026

Anjani Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20. The company is also required to inform the designated depository, CDSL, 2 trading days prior to the closure. Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP's, Designated Persons/Employees, Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during the closure period. The trading window will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the audited Financial Results will be informed in due course.
