Anjani Finance Ltd Closes Trading Window for Share Trading Until 48 Hours After Q3 Results

Anjani Finance Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for trading the company's shares. The closure will be in effect from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December 2025. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20. All promoters, directors, KMP's, designated persons/employees, connected persons of the company, and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the company's shares during this period. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. The date of the board meeting to approve the unaudited financial results will be informed in due course.
