Anjani Finance Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Q3 Results for 2025

Anjani Finance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 10th February 2026 to consider and approve the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. The meeting will also take on record the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the Standalone un-audited Financial Results for the same period. The Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities is closed and will open 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
