Anjani Finance Ltd. Sells 600 KW Windmill in Rajasthan to Shri Mohangarh Renewables

Anjani Finance Ltd. has executed a Sale Agreement with Shri Mohangarh Renewables Private Limited for the sale of a 600 KW windmill. The windmill, located at Harshnath, Sikar District, Rajasthan, has the wind electric generator location number AFLH-01 and was commissioned on 14.12.2004. The sale is not a related party transaction and does not involve the issuance of shares or a loan agreement. The decision to sell is due to the machinery being no longer usable for the company. The agreement does not provide any special rights to Shri Mohangarh Renewables, and there is no relationship between the two parties. The sale is not material on a cumulative basis. A nominee from Shri Mohangarh Renewables has been appointed on the board of Anjani Finance Ltd., but no conflict of interest has arisen from this agreement.
