Anjani Finance Submits 37th Annual Report & AGM Notice

Anjani Finance Ltd has submitted its 37th Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Notice of the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. and will be conducted in a hybrid mode (in-person and through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means) at the company's registered office in Indore. The annual report includes the audited financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, Statement of Change in Equity) for FY 2025-26, along with the Board and Auditors' reports.
