Anjani Foods Declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Anjani Foods Ltd has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,228.24 lakhs and a total income of ₹1,242.81 lakhs. Expenses amounted to ₹1,211.67 lakhs, resulting in a profit before tax of ₹31.14 lakhs. The consolidated results show revenue from operations at ₹1,426.20 lakhs and total income of ₹1,433.98 lakhs, with a profit before tax of ₹21.14 lakhs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 13, 2026. The financial statements are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
