Anjani Portland Cement Ltd. announced a phased transition of its cement brand from 'Anjani' to 'Chettinad Cement', aligning with its parent company Chettinad Cement Corporation Private Limited's group-level brand harmonization initiative. Its subsidiary, Bhavya Cements Private Limited, will also transition its 'Bhavya' brand to 'Chettinad'. This move aims to strengthen brand equity, improve market visibility, optimize efficiencies, and leverage the Chettinad group's established brand recall. The company confirmed this brand harmonization does not alter its legal identity as a listed entity. Additionally, Mr. A Narayana Rao, Sr. Vice President – Marketing, has been internally transferred to Chettinad Cement Corporation Private Limited.
